IGLOO RATES & RULES

• Igloo rental fees are $35 for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays and $70 for Fridays or Saturdays.

• Dive is closed Sundays and Mondays, and igloos are not available. 

• A credit card will be required at the time of booking to guarantee your igloo reservation.

• All guests must be 21+ inside the igloo. 

• Igloos will be available to reserve at the time slots of 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, and 10pm. 

• Reservations are a max of 1 hour and 30 minutes long, and igloos are cleaned between reservations. 
• Igloos comfortably fit up to 6 guests with a max of 8 guests.
• Igloos are equipped with a wireless speaker, comfy furniture, and a heater; we do still recommend dressing warm!​

• Dive's full menu is available to order from the igloos, including wood-fired pizza pies from The Informalist.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

CANCELLATIONS

• Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours prior to reservation time have no fee.
• Reservations cancelled after the 48-hour window will be charged a $25 fee.

• No shows will be charged the full rental fee. 

• When the temps are 10* or lower, there is no fee for cancellations. 

 

ARRIVING FOR YOUR IGLOO RESERVATION

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation and check in at the bar.  

• After you check in, staff will seat you in your Igloo and take your order.  

• If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please notify Dive with a phone call at 715-318-7322.

• You have 1 hour and 30 minutes in the igloo from the time of your reservation.
• Igloos are completely exposed to the elements, so please dress appropriately!

• There are some blankets and a heater, but it can still be quite chilly.
• Our menus are available to look at online prior to your arrival – take a minute to look so you can get the most out of your time!
